Well, I have owned Covad for over 2 years now.

Still waiting for it to "bloom". I recently bought some Nortel and am looking at JDSU.

My belief is if COVD can do well enough to get its PPS to meet the standards, being re-listed on the NASDAQ will help. Continued residence on the OTC-BB limits COVD's potential as many funds and large investors cannot or will not buy BB stocks.
