Any method is as effective as the people and the authorities can make it to be.

We already have existing laws, the I9. I say enforce it with the farm owners. The illegals already get low wages. YOu think that payment under the table will go away? Paying under the table is a second tier economy, the US underworld economy. It won't go away with Bush's proposed law changes, do you think?

So if we vigorously enforce the laws, come down on the WalMarts heavily, then illegal immigration will stop.
