Where did you get this? Robert Kay and his team said that Iraq's nuclear program is so miniscule that it is not even worth a mention. And you are saying that Chirac sold them nuclear reactors!!!

Our way was the world's way. Jim Baker lobied with France, Germany and Russia then and won them over. This Administration has failed in that area and hence its foreign policy is a failed policy.
