Dear Bill I can agree with you regarding the future potential for earning as soon as they start selling the H-pylory and Colocare tests. On the other hand I think the company management, do not value (and treat)the share holders the way they should and let me point out some things that are bothering me: 1. Even at a low price as off today, we haven't see any insider buying in the last year or more (one of them bought about 1000 shares a year ago). 2. There was no update from the company regarding the shipping of the tests and the financial (and in the next item I'll try to point out to the reason why,IMO). 3. 2 of the items in the proxy for the share holders meeting, are concerning increase of the number of stock options for the insiders. I can understand that they don't want to exercise options at $1.44 or higher(as the market price when the options were granted), and prefer to get options at the current market price or lower. But on the other hand the Proxy and the 10-Q states the options are granted base on performance and if we look at the share price as part of the performance, they do not deserve any extra options until they can deliver (IMO). 4. My guess is that after more options will be approve tomorrow (I voted against) They will set the grant day as soon as possible ( tomorrow?) and then will Start posting updates and good news (What happened to the PR firm they hired?). Sorry if I'm sound suspicious, but until we get some respect to the share holders I'll feel this way. (By the way I think I need psychiatric evaluation <g>, I bought more today at 13/16 in anticipation for good news after the approval of the stock options). Good luck to all Amots
