Some times nothing helps.Eat something loaded with garlic one day. Next day after at least one shower and a few teeth brushings the smell of garlic seems to come out of the pores of your skin. I don't know if garlic does this to all people but it does to me and I've certainly smelled it on others. My bro-in-law seems to have it happen more than anyone else I know.
