An alternative to poking into your BIOS for this information is a utility that will do it for you.

Motherboard monitor will show you the readings from all the onboard sensors.

You can also use this rather nice utility to get all sorts of information about your system

It was suggested to me to get the "Enterprise version", which apparently includes all the options. If you install it, look at Computer\Sensor to see your temperatures and other info.
