I could not believe it
Over the past couple of years I have defended many af Martz's quirky calls because I like it when you go on "fourth down and 5 from the forty" I like the wide open offense, I like fake punts, I like onside kicks to start the second half.
So I just took the bitter with the sweet.
The reason he gave is that he did not want to get intercepted, this pisses me of because of the QB situation and I think Warner should be in there (unless his brain is truely scrambled as some believe)man you have to have enough confidence in your QB to throw 2 safe passes in that situation. IMO its basically a no lose situation if the play ain't there you just flip it out of bounds.
I'm pissed and have officially switched over to the Martz bashing side
and another thing
Carolina should not have even been in that game the failure to score TD's on the first three drives is inexcusable
and another thing
Our f...ing probowl WR Torre (Big Play, as he calls himself) Holt SUCKS he should have caught that bomb and the last interception he could have caught or at least broken up if he had the heart, He is now in the Terril Owens, Randy Moss, Keyshawn Johnson Class as far as I am concerned.
I say we trade Martz, Bulger and Holt for any 3rd round draft pick
I guess I am a little upset<g>
Enjoy the game
