If everyone who sees how blatantly GW Bush has been promoting his super-wealthy campaign contributors interests over those of average citizens, gets out there & actively campaigns for Democrat nominee, there's a chance he'll win. That's the basic problem. Many people complain about politicians but never make the effort to register to vote, work for their candidate & get themselves & others to the polls on election day.
Howard Dean said last night that "it's not that the country has swung toward the right in past few yrs, it is simply the fact so many voters have become discouraged and stopped voting." Those are the people who need to be energized to register and get back to polls in Nov.
