Scott I am interested in getting off the working and debt treadmill. Early 50's now so am entertaining getting "rich" <g> off this years potential mining stock runs and even ditching one of the cars. If I go into semi-retirement I will need to ride one of my two bicycles more and can still walk. Better for your health and cheaper. I owe zero on our cars but the insurance, gas and oil, and up keep are still expensive. So I don't need a $350.00-$600.00 a month payment on top of it.

Of course with no inflation what are we worried about the cost of living for? <ng>
