Not the Saudi's specifically, but OPEC is listed at $41.3B of USTs. They haven't been significant buyers this year.

Recent fund flows looking a bit light:

Fund Flow . . . Funds investing primarily in U.S. stocks witnessed outflows of $400 million during the week ending Jan. 7, estimates Trim Tabs director of research Carl Wittnebert, after taking in $1.7 billion in new money the week before. International stock funds had inflows of $300 million, down from inflows of $1.1 billion the prior week. Bond funds took in $1.9 billion in new money, adding to prior week inflows of $900 million.
