Where did you get this? Robert Kay and his team said that Iraq's nuclear program is so miniscule that it is not even worth a mention. And you are saying that Chirac sold them nuclear reactors!!! Yep.. two of them.. Did you even bother to perform a web search to verify it? Search for Chirac, Saddam, Iraq, Nuclear reactors usainreview.com And here's a piece that Rush Limbaugh (who I don't listen to, btw) quotes from Stratfor.com (who I DO read from time to time because of their high-quality analysis). I actually almost applied for a job with Stratfor years ago when they were just starting out.
