Aehr Test Systems Announces Departure of C.J. Meurell

Friday January 9, 5:30 pm ET

FREMONT, Calif., Jan. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aehr Test Systems (Nasdaq: AEHR - News), a leading supplier of semiconductor test and burn-in equipment, today announced that C.J. Meurell, president and chief operating officer, has left the company to pursue other opportunities. The Company's sales and marketing, engineering, manufacturing, global customer operations and quality groups will now report to Rhea Posedel, chairman and chief executive officer. The Company will not seek a replacement for the position of president and chief operating officer.

Mr. Posedel commented, "We thank C.J. for his efforts and success in recent years, including focusing on our FOX(TM) full wafer contact product development. I plan to become more actively involved with the operational aspects of the organization, supported by our strong leadership team, as we continue to drive toward increased operational efficiencies."
