If rate cuts are coming overseas will bond rise more than dollar rises? If so stay in. If there are no rate cuts overseas will the $ bounce? If not stay in. If we bounce and no rate cuts get out. If we bounce and currency bounces more that you gain from cut get out. Those are the questions. Think in those terms and decide. Mish
