Yes.. Chirac sold Iraq TWO (2) nuclear reactors back in 1978. And David Kay knows about it as well.

Israel sabotaged one while it remained in France. The other, later called Osirak, was bombed by Israel in 1982.

David Kay will ALSO agree with this history. Because of the first things the coalition command did was try and ensure the quantities of KNOWN Uranium that France had supplied to Iraq at that time, and in protected storage (allegedly under inspection control by IAEA officials).

What I was trying to show was that Saddam and Chirac have a long relationship going back DECADES, not just a few years. A relationship that extended to oil deals, as well as to protecting Saddam on the international front through the UN.

But apparently you took umbrage at how my websearch for "Chirac, Hussein" turned up a Rush Limbaugh page where he quote Stratfor.com..

Well, I'm sorry that your obvious biased view towards anything "reeking" of conservatism prevented you from reading that link to Stratfor.com..
