Did IMDS ever come out with an approved product? In must have been 15 years ago that the company said something like, "they were right around the corner."
The company sure put out lots of releases and hired some companies to put out research reports [things like revenues right around the corner, FDA approval right around the corner, etc.], but as I seem to remember, no revenue, no approved product, and rich insiders and nepotism. [I think that the daughter of a key employee was in charge of investor relations, and other family member may also have been on the payroll -- can't recall all of this as it has been over a decade since I looked at the company.]
I also recall that the company used to issue more and more stock to fund "research" and mgmt salaries. Also, issued poison convertible preferred stock. Also, outside "consultants" used to be paid in stock rather than cash.
So what progress has the company made in the last decade? Revenue? or an approved product?
Also seem to remember that the company sued lots of folks who spoke about the company, including ex-employees, etc. Does this continue?
As I recall, the probably had over 25 million shares outstanding and growing. How many shares are now outstanding? |
