Vintho, " Am I missing something here"? All of these nice statistics and facts you quote don't mean a darn thing if management can't execute properly. Lack of Management expertise and Marketing Skills is what's missing up to this point. Hopefully , that will change. Or, another company will take over Cube ( like INTEL ) and then you can be assured things will change. It's not unusual for a company to get taken out for less than what they deserve because of managerial incompetence- especially when the vast majority of the work force will retain their jobs. Meaning: Shareholders suffer. What kind of premium do you think Cube deserves?
