Illumina Puts 4th-Quarter Revenue at $10.5 Million Monday January 12, 7:04 am ET SAN DIEGO (Dow Jones)--Illumina Inc. (NasdaqNM:ILMN - News) said it sees fourth-quarter revenue of $10.5 million following the December installation of one of its genotyping Beadlabs. The biotechnology company also said it expects to report total cash of $45 million as of Dec. 28, 2003, according to a press release Monday. For the year, Illumina put revenue at $27.8 million. Last year, Illumina reported revenue of $10 million. Revenue for the fourth quarter 2002 was $3.9 million. Illumina said it installed the production-scale single nucleotide polymorphism genotyping BeadLab at the University of Tokyo (IMSUT). It was the sixth such system the company sold in 2003.
