BUSH destroying the economy . "Check out what has happened to the dollar vs. the Euro in the past three months: finance.yahoo.com then look at ads in your local paper - 5 year CD's pay 3.75% here in Phoenix. Lets see ... in five years earn 18.75% and pay taxes on the gain ... while you loose 14% in three months thanks to the policies of this administration. And still people support GWB, et al. ? Oh the market is up 25% you say? Well check out that same chart for the past year and you will see that the dollar is down about that much so the best you might argue is that the market is going up fast enough to keep you from falling behind. So, if we crash the dollar 50% more maybe the market will go up 50%. I wonder. Huh. Do people like this president so much they are happily willing to have their assets destroyed by him? Oh and PS: that deficit ... your kids and mine can pay it back ... not my worry? Good Compassionate Conservative Christian thinking!" From a poster on YHOO and very well said.
