I understand selling shares in a company one believes in. I do it. But i am not part of management. No big salary, no options or other perks.

When Xoma management can't figure out that perhaps they need a deeper commitment to the company. Perhaps they need to scrimp and save a bit to hold their shares and demonstrate that they too believe in Raptiva and Xoma.

Shareholders believe, even shorts, likemyself believe, but management has to take care of business and be sure to be able to sell shares received thru optiosn. Yes that is the important thing.
