Leslie Price-Ian Dow-Russell Godwin = SEC fraudsters!
Where are the 1996 properties purchased by Medinah Mining? they were co-optioned with Price's Dow's House's and Godwin's Maximum Resources VSE 1996/1997/1998.
Last Frontier Oil Company and NPEnergy NPEC, both owned by leslie P. Price - Jack purdy and Ian Dow + Larry Regis + Godwin & House (add Gary Goodin), illegally sold in late September 1997 to Medinah Energy Inc. MDM OTC BB, a Chile properties portfolio, that contained FALSE PORTFOLIO, receiving Leslie price from leslie price's corporations, 30 million shares of US$2.50 each at LFOC & NPEC.
Price passed stolen portfolio from his left pocket to the right hand pocket, all of this, acting as a Director of a Public Corporation from North vancouver Canada, while suspended for 15 years to do so by the BCSC.
Juan Jose Quijano, aided by Ricardo cocaine Munoz, helped Leslie price - Ian Dow and Larry regis, to launder the cash and unpaid shares of the 1996 contracts, ALL of it, invested into "THE NEW PORTFOLIO of Medinah Gold, Cerro Dorado Chile, Medinah Minerals, Pocone Brazil, Metro Plus, Tobbacos in Dominican Republic, Bamsfeld Island takeover + aditional loans to subsidiaries (US$15+ million by 1998).
What is more surprising though, is that HANDSHAKE - ###### ########, has witnessed, being privvy, defended, pumped and dumped all of the aforementioned stocks, while attacking honest shareholders looking for accountability or answers from management (Leslie price and gang of antisocials).
For Handshake + other aliases defending Medinah and Price +, to keep attacking honest truth seeking shareholders, by intyimidating them with Mr. Spizer, is like a robber, threatening the house owners with calling the cops.
Enough of this travesty of money laundering and theft called Medinah, the racketeers thieves of Andacollo, that cooperated with DAYTON in the dissapearance of Andacollo Gold project from the map.
Dayton relocated 1000's from Churrumata to make way for the mine. All of these people were left workless and homeless while DAYTON and Medinah trounced eachother's stock, deceived shareholders, SEC and property owners alike.
Today DAYTON (PMU) and Medinah Mining (Medinah Minerals) have LOST Andacollo Gold.... Barrick is happy to own it at ars length via Homestake (PMU - DAYTON) in sin and FRAUD!
Price admittedly was sent by Barrick to shut down Andacollo from producing Gold for Medinah's shareholders starting the first and second quarters of 1997.
Price is in jail now and Barrick will be indicted soon.
Price and his team of undesirables deserve long jail terms. |
