I agree with much of your post but sometimes one has to do something rather than wait and, unfortunately, the terrorists are real and threatening.

As for truffles, it is a stretch, but don't they allow those cute little animals that find the truffles into the cafes to enjoy the fruits of their labor? <ggg>
