I see their loading up again(board) Mill City International approves stock option plan 2004-01-05 18:13 ET - News Release Mr. James Brown reports MILL CITY APPROVES STOCK OPTION PLAN Mill City International SHAREHOLDERS, subject to exchange approval, have approved a new stock option plan pursuant to which the company may issue up to 4.9 million stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants, all in accordance with exchange policy 4.4. This is one shareholder that didn't have a vote.
