By all means, let panic reign! Let there be madness in the streets and wild-eyed screams of "constrained capacity" and "obsolete technology!" Rationality be damned -- lets give a cheer for froth and PE expansion! I for one -- being already in the boat -- would love to see prices rise to an absurd level. Hopefully, this time around I'll be a shrewd enough judge of foaming mouths and rending hair that I can bail near the top. At any rate, that is my fervent desire. Bring out the punch bowl, I am itching to get the party started!
