Holding off until they discover a gargantual precious metals mine that they can actually realistically develop,.. The trick is to buy BEFORE they discover it. (if you speculate it's there.) given that area's problems, the court case, the ore questions etc.. No area problems that cant' be solved. If a large deposit is found the stock will go up, so whats your worry. The court case is a red herring! Case closed.
