Yep. That report also gave us another supporting evidence(in addition to many other solid ones we already know) that Saddam was really Israel's enemy and the obstacle of Israel's ambition in the Middle East rather than a real dangerous enemy of the US. And it also tells us Israel's plan and desperate action to remove Saddam (echoed and pushed by the Neocons all along) started well before 9/11 terror attack.

Now we have been told by the top government officials and the main stream media repeatedly that this war was for fighting 9/11 terrorists for US security, ridding Saddam's WMDs for the US and world peace, etc.
