4:30PM Curis announces partnership with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (CRIS) 5.19 -0.07: Co has licensed its hedgehog proteins and small molecule Hedgehog pathway against to Wyeth for therapeutic applications in the treatment of neurological and other disorders. Under the terms of the agreement Wyeth will pay CRIS a license fee, financial support for a minimum of two years of CRIS research dedicated to the program, and additional cash payments to CRIS upon the achievement of clinical development and drug approval milestones. Wyeth will also pay a royalty on net product sales that escalate with increasing sales volume. Transaction has a potential value of more than $170 mln to CRIS. finance.yahoo.com
