This company has 460+ employees. The courts issued papers years ago and any one who choses to still work for Hsu should understand the consequences. Is it fair to all the (Honest)employees that work for Avants competitors that this company is not being punished for its crimes? If the company is derived on illegal merits let it fall. I can not believe the NASDAQ Security exchange commision is not investigating this company. Remember it is not the short sellers that are undermining this security. It is Hsu himself. If he really cared about this company he would not be selling shares. He was giving conference calls and boasting as if this stock was going to hit 100 tomorrow and that is fine but he should back up his tongue by not selling shares. I believe the share holders that filed legal actions will also agree.
