No, not "a fee" an extra fee. Tony wants the UK education system run along similar lines as the USA system. Hey, I didn't come back here for half the wages, higher taxes and VAT to listen to that idea.

The USA has a large proportion of it's working population who could have been better educated and did the same job I did for example. The only difference is I had a degree and they didn't. I know this from working there for an extended period.

It's currently calculated that, after pay off of student loans, the average graduate will be able to buy their first home at aged 40 years if married (or LT relationship) and both are working.

Not exactly a vote winner.

The size they needed wouldn't ship I have not done the calculations, but a 100MW or so does not seem to be that hard a problem to solve. Not if the success of the war is at stake (which it is imo)
