Cleveland and Boston Suburbs)

SPRINGFIELD, Va., Jan 13, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via Comtex/ -- Next
Generation Media Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: NGMC), whose subsidiary,
United Marketing Solutions, Inc. ( unitedol.com ) is a national
leader in the direct mail industry and in franchising, today announced it
has
signed two new franchisees in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio and Boston,
Massachusetts.

The Ohio franchise is in Cuyahoga County, a suburb of Cleveland. The
Massachusetts franchise, which brings the total number of franchises to
46, is
in North Middlesex County, north of Boston. Both new franchise owners have
extensive sales backgrounds, with the Massachusetts owner also having
experience
in direct mail marketing and advertising.

"We announced a goal of 20 new franchises in 2004 and we are off to a good
start
in meeting that important objective," said Darryl Reed, President and CEO.

new methods we are utilizing to identify successful entrepreneurs

Next Generation recently announced an intensive program, headed by Richard

Malzone, Vice President of Operations, to seek new franchises in a number

U.S. cities including Atlanta, Detroit, San Diego, San Francisco, New
Orleans,
Orlando, Norfolk, Charlotte, Phoenix, St. Louis and San Antonio.
