That will takecare of it, along with aerobics, and weight lifting.When you get stuck at one weight level, just increase aerobics up to 6 times a week, and if that does not work, then double split morning and night aerobics. Do not fall below 1,500 calories a day.Just increase aerobics, and stick to low carbs around 100g a day=A little more than enough to function the brain.Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. After you lose weight,at the point you are happy to, then you do abs, and bammmmmmmmm out the 6 back for MM. Taki |
