John, Henry Grausz has not sold his shares on the open market. Since April, only 1.5mm shares are reported in NASDAQ trading, and those numbers are at least doubled due to market makers buying, then selling, shares for each trade. If every single share traded had belonged to Grausz, that would only represent 12% of his shares. According to the last 10-K, available on EDGAR, Warner-Lambert did have a significant interest in CIST: Med-Tech Ventures Inc. 4,126,365 shares (3) 15.4 c/o Warner-Lambert Company Mt.
