Hi Big D,

I think it is a shame that current margin regulations require a 50% equity minimum. If we were investing in the 20's you could give WIND the true weight it deserves ... 1000% :)

In regards to your second question, most software companies do charge per run-time user. My impression of VxWorks is, as an operating system, it will actually reside underneath the run-time application once it is deployed. So, WIND should receive a payment(I don't know if it should even be called a royalty) for each run-time user. It is the same if Oracle sold their database to Darryl Tishler Corp. and you built your own application on top of it, then deployed it to 1000 users. I'm pretty sure Oracle would charge you a 1000 user run-time fee. Therefore, it would take serious competition with cut-throat pricing to change the structures of these deals. Please let me know if I am wrong here as I am still trying to learn about WIND myself!
