a note on the moribund Mirant... Stock moved up over 45% this morning on share volume of over 13 million, which is about 10 million more than over the past six months' average. Still it's only at $ .65. The only news was about confirming plans to offer a 10% IPO of their wholly owned Phillipines operation for around $300 million. This is not really new news, since it had been discussed preBK. Seems to be a lot of interest on little real news...I'm sure there are still one or two out there like me sitting on some pre-July shares...Good luck, fB
