I can't say that I see anything in PNTK. RATL may start a minor move for a few days. I try to stay away from DCB's until after they have bottomed out. That RATL hit it's post gap low and closed off the low on heavier volume than the previous 4 days usually signals a move up for at least a few days. It barely closed off the low so it's a tricky call here.
