Well said. On China, I think the issue is when does their capacity to produce equal what they import? If the US bans 90 and 65nm equipment exports to China to keep the latest technology out of their hands, then they won't be able to produce and compete on the WOrld Market as an exporter either. Anyone know what equipment is and isn't allowed to be sold to China? Can TSMC buy 90nm equipment then ship it over to mainland China?
