O'Neill is refreshing & another rare creature like Warren Buffett--both solid citizens who place their country before political loyalties. Rumsfeld's sudden news conference was obviously an attempt to defuse constant replay of O'Neill's interview this AM on Today Show. Did anyone else hear a revealing stumble by Rumsfeld during his press conference? Reporter asked his reaction to O'Neill's remarks re Pres Bush. Rumsfeld first made usual sour grapes reference, after that his remark was something like "that has not been my experience. I have enormous respect for President Ch....uhhh, Bush." Makes one wonder who really is the President in Rumsfeld's mind.
