Beer companies are bad places for working women?! I'm shocked, shocked to hear that. LOL. Anyway I have felt for some time that age discrimination is really a misnomer. Actually, it is looks discrimination of which age plays a part, but not always. With the rise of high tech the "geek look" has become acceptable when 30 years ago it probably wasn't. I read one of the most popular character actors today is playing the geek. I've seen him in 3 commercials, the same guy. He is in the ebay "my way" commercial singing about PDAs, and on a best buy commercial and a Verizon (or some cell company) commercial. The tall lovable geeky guy is now the ideal product spokesman! Go figure.
