After all the postings and diggings into the mystery and learning that Tim lived in perpetual excruciating pain result of a motorcycle accident---i came to accept belief it was a suicide by cop as they say--but in this case security guard.
You don't wave a TOY GUN around in a Beverly Hills jewelry store with a Security Guard and expect not to be shot.
