a "plan" ?

Three times Clinton had the opportuunity to have bin laden put 6 feet under. And each time he ignored the opportunity.

In one of these cases he was playing golf with rich Dem $$$ donors and he refused to take the call and approve the hit. No word on how his golf game turned out.

He was also offered bin laden by Sudan to be turned over to the US. He declined.

Instead of a "plan" for somebody else to carry out, it would have been better if clinton had displayed some rare LEADERSHIP and taken action when he could have.
