Hi Yiwu,

Having migrated to the USA directly from China, have you noticed any differences between your diet while in China and what you eat now? Does the easy availability of (how to say it nicely) less nutritious food items in the USA contribute to a less healthy diet? Do demands on your time (work, social engagements, etcetera) play a role in where and what you choose it eat? (For example, when pressed for time, you tend to eat "fast food" rather than consuming something more nutritious?)

Thanks.

KJC

PS - Speaking only for myself, demands on my personal time, or how I allocate my "free" time often dictate what or where I'll eat. Though I only rarely get an urge for "fast food" anymore, such meals do become more appealing during those times I find I must "eat on the run" so to speak.
