Women working deteriorate people's life. Women no longer preparing food, people buy the processed stuff. My idea is for the women to return home and leave the work for men to do it. This has nothing to do with macho sentiment or chauvinism. It is the best for mankind. Since I believe that people are in the best position to take care of people. But we know that this is not going to happen. Meanwhile those lucky to have genes that don't predispose them to eat up till dead, will thrive. The unlucky onbe will degenerate, live shorter lives and put a burden on the health system.
