Pretty interesting. Even though I know very little about the industry Cistron is in it is reasuring to know that such a large company has an interest in Cistron for it's medical/drug prospects. That Warner-Lambert has an interest in Cistron IMHO is a positive for the long term although it might be a negative for short term since it reduces the chance that someone would make a play for Cistron(For the cash) since Warner-Lambert would most likely not let it go for a cheap price. It seems like at least 2 of the three major parties(Cistron Management, Founder, and Med Tech Ventures/Warner Lambert have to agree to sell the company if any kind of takeover is to happen. This is my only position long term so as long as everything looks promising I will keep my current positions. John
