Prove it. In my view, Bush didn't follow up on the clear warnings given to him by the Clinton administration, and therefor allowed 9/11 to occur. These warnings included the facts that terrorists intended to hijack airplanes and use them for suicide attacks, yet Bush did nothing. Why do you think the Bush administration is resisting the 9/11 investigation so strongly? It's becoming obvious that Bush was so focused on Iraq, he wasn't paying attention to Al Quida. Like now.
