That you asked that question makes it clear this is a subject you're not familiar with.

The Constitution's statement on the matter is quite simple; it details THOSE SITUATIONS in which a supermajority is to be required. By doing this, the framers affirmatively set out an exclusive set of circumstances, which means that no other circumstances can do so without an amendment.

This practice is followed throughout the law, as when Committee Reports are used to ascertain the underlying meanings of various statutes. The statute may be silent on a particular issue, but by failing to include that issue amongst a list of other issues, the congressional intent (or the framers' intent, in the case of the Constitution) can be discerned. If you were familiar with even the most fundamental concepts of Constitutional law this would not be a question you'd have to ask.
