I read it and have followed Pollack -- he looks like an idiot for writing his book as he did in support of this war. It comes as no surprise that he now is trying to look a little bit less like a complete fool and provide a new interpretation. The fact is, Clinton did not categorically claim to know for a fact that Saddam had WMD because he did not know. The Bush Administration made this claim repeatedly to sell the war. This is just plain old fashioned dishonesty of the worst kind -- in a plain-speaking world we call it lying.
