Name one observer who alleges that Saddam kept excellent records of wmd disposal.


Not one alleges that he kept excellent records of things he was hiding from those wonderful, miraculous UN inspectors you keep extolling. At least, we don't know what was kept and how, because he managed to hide the records, see? They just say from observation that the Ba'athist regime, which was a completely centralized, totalitarian police state, kept detailed records of everything. It was the sort of place where nobody blew his nose without orders from Baghdad, and without sending a record back.
