200 dma is 182 -- I doubt we are going that low near term. Everyone has this tendency to extrapolate recent history -- especially if it was bad -- yeah, I'm talking about summer 02.

I think folks looking for that kind of decline are going to be disappointed.

I'll let you know if I change my mind

take a look at that 3 year chart mish. How many folks do you think sold that first spike to 80 and never got back in -- or sold the spike to 150 and didn't get back in?? or anyone of the intermediate spikes in between??

anyone seen slider <g>

some like to trade around a core

some like to buy a few puts now and then

some like to believe they can pick THE top in a bull market

some folks hold through gut wrenching selloffs

some like to buy calls when everyone is saying it's over

lately there's been a lot of put buying in the XAU and a lot of timers very cautious.
