No it isn't. This is the 1st time you have laid it out like this. You started with just number 3 ("dissenters protect YOUR right to dissent"), and number 1 ("The Constitution provides the framework for dissent") is still the only part you have correct. And number 1 is what I have said since the beginning. So if you were honest you would admit that. Anybody who cares to go back in the posts can check for themselves.
