RMD, I have no doubts in my mind about Bush's intentions where the war in Iraq is concerned. There is one other, major, issue that I have with the US government, and many of it's citizens, but the destruction of the environment began in the western hemisphere over 200 years ago. The worst raping of the environment is done by many of the citizens themselves. The population growth of humans, has seriously endangered a host of species of animals that are critical to the ecosystem. That bothers me a great deal, but no, sensible, person can blame that on a single President. If the Bush administration is after oil reserves, so be it. Better that we have it than potential enemies.
