First off, by reading the 10SB: freeedgar.com\\Revenue\Edgarconstruct\Data\950144\97-4616.ind&textpath=\\Revenue\EdgarConstruct\Data\950144\97-4616.tst&secpath=~&TextFileSize=0&companyID=1007016&datefiled=4/24/97&formtype=10SB12B you will come to an understanding of the exercise price of the warrants, the time they were executable, and based on the former price of the stock which you can get from a reliable chart page such as: tscn.com the likelyhood that they were executed (which hopefully many less were executed than could have been!) And if nothing else, at least you now have 2 great sites for reasearch. :) (www.freeedgar.com, and www.wallstreetcity.com)
